Does a contoured mask actually stay put, or does it shift around overnight?
The cups sit in your eye sockets rather than resting flat across your face, which is what stops it sliding up onto your forehead when you roll over. The strap adjusts and sits above the ear instead of across it. Most people find it stays where they put it, though if you sleep face-down it will move like any mask will.
Is silk genuinely different to cotton, or does it just feel nicer?
It is a friction difference, not a comfort opinion. Cotton fibres catch at hair and skin every time you move, which is why you wake up with a crease down one cheek and your hair pointing sideways. Silk slides instead of gripping, so there is less dragging on your face and hair through the night.
Do the under-eye patches actually do anything, or are they just a nice ritual?
They are a cosmetic product, so be realistic about them. They sit cool against the skin, hold moisture there while you wear them, and give you a few minutes of sitting still at the end of the day. We are not going to tell you they change your face, because that is not what they are for.
Will any of this work if I sleep on my side?
Side sleeping is where a flat mask fails hardest, because it rides up and the pillow presses one whole side of your face. The contoured shape and the above-ear strap are designed for exactly that, and the silk gives way instead of bunching under your cheek. It is the sleeping position the set handles best.
How do I look after the pillowcase and the mask?
Wash the pillowcase cold on a gentle cycle in a laundry bag, and hang it to dry rather than putting it in the dryer. The mask spot-cleans with a damp cloth and air-dries. Neither of them likes heat, so keep both away from the tumble dryer and the iron.

Think your order might be lost in transit? Although Australia Post quote us 5-9 business days for standard delivery, sometimes life happens and they aren’t able to deliver within this timeframe. When this is the case, your tracking number may show a ‘delayed’ delivery date.
If your order isn’t delivered within 20 days, please contact us and we can launch an investigation with Australia Post.

Oops, is your order not being sent to the right address? We can absolutely help change this for you! Provided your order has not shipped, please send us the new details and we can change this over for you.
If your order has been shipped, don’t panic! You can still redirect it via the Australia Post tracking link we provide on your shipping confirmation email.

At this time, we only deliver our products to customers in Australia.

What payment types do you offer?
We accept the good old-fashioned methods of payment, such as credit cards (Visa/Mastercard/American Express) as well as debit cards that can be used for online transactions. If you’re a bit more tech-savvy, we offer Google Pay and Apple Pay too!
How do I use a discount code?
Simply head to the checkout, and on the first page of the checkout there will be a box for you to enter your discount code in - make sure to click ‘Apply’! This is offered before the payment page so you’re totally aware of how much you can save.
