What is the NightVeil™ LashSafe 3D Sleep Mask?
It's a contoured sleep mask with moulded eye cups that sit over your eyes rather than pressing on them. Black, 24cm by 9.5cm, and 16 grams, with an adjustable elastic strap.
Will it crush my lash extensions?
That's what the 3D shape is for. The cups arch over the eye area instead of lying flat against it, so there's room above your lashes all night.
Can I open my eyes while wearing it?
Yes. There's enough space inside each cup to blink and open your eyes without anything touching them, which is what makes it wearable for people who can't stand a flat mask.
How well does it block light?
The contoured cups and the shaped nose wings close off the gaps where light usually creeps in, including around the bridge of the nose. It handles a normal bedroom, an aircraft cabin and daytime sleeping. How completely it seals varies a little with face shape, as it does with any mask.
Will it stay on if I sleep on my side?
At 16 grams there's very little to shift, and the elastic strap adjusts so you can set it firm enough to stay put without it being tight on your head.
Does it fit everyone?
The strap is adjustable and the shape suits most face sizes. At 24cm by 9.5cm it covers from temple to temple rather than sitting in the middle of the face.
